  • League Champions by 2012
  • Win Skegness by 2010
  • Regular top 5 finishes in six a side
  • Individual National Honours
  • Promotion of Bedfordshire County Golf Union
  • Strong Management Team
  • Excellent Secretary
  • Small County, Big Team Spirit
  • Website
  • Some excellent individual peformances
  • Some potentially good young players

Bedfordshire has a long way to go before it meets these objectives, and so an action plan was established which included input and commitment from players, the intriduction of a code of conduct and the implementation of the TIP. Implementation included the appointment of a Golf Development Manager and a dedicated elite squad TIP PGA Professional.
